About Paul M. Miller, Ph.D.

Dr. Paul Miller practices psychotherapy with children, adolescents and adults. Although Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and related approaches provide the core of his practice, he integrates other modalities that suits the needs of his patients. He works with people coping with anxiety, mood and adjustment disorders, shame, and ADHD, and with adults with trauma histories. He has extensive experience helping parents more effectively raise children with executive functioning difficulties, learning disorders, depression and/or anxiety among other conditions. Dr. Miller enjoys working with adults who are wary about psychotherapy but who are willing to “give it a shot.” He brings a warm, personable, and down to earth approach to his work.
