About Samantha Dittrich, LCSW

Samantha Dittrich provides individual and couple therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment models. Depending on clients’ needs, treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Emotionally Focused Therapy; Trauma-Focused Therapy (ARC), mindfulness skills and stress management techniques, and communication skills techniques. Her areas of speciality include, but are not limited to, depressive disorders, anxiety and trauma-related disorders, stress-related disorders, and ADHD.

Samantha Dittrich is a Licensed Certified Social Worker who received her Master of Social Work at Simmons University. Prior to her social work training, Samantha received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Plymouth State University.
