Will Sullivan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2021. Will provides evidence-based psychotherapy and treatment for adults who have experienced trauma and who suffer from depression, anxiety, mood disorders and the results of substance use. He utilizes a variety of approaches including motivational interviewing, solution focused treatment and cognitive behavioral theory. Will brings a unique brand of empathy and understanding to the work. He has worked with people of all ages and races and the breadth of his experience allows him to better understand the clients he works with. Will likes to use a range of treatment modalities in supporting a client and because he is not beholden to just a couple modalities, it allows him to have different options at his disposal. Outside of work, Will loves going on adventures with his wife and sons. When he is not practicing social work or hanging out with his family, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, skiing, boating, and swimming. No matter the season in New England, he can find a sport that he enjoys. He has a passion for trivia and random tidbits of information, he has always dreamed of going on Jeopardy.
